lifestyle in campus
It's quite different here in Malaysia compared to overseas universities. some of them prefer to stay out of campus, renting a house of their own choice of housemates regardless of race, religion and gender. some of them would just be in campus hostels for a more secured and cheaper rental fees. As from what i've seen in usm, most of them would be with their own race or click of friends. There will be very rare mixture of races in a group of students can be seen in campus. Although there are, but it's very less. Perhaps they feel more comfortable to be with their same type of friends. Well actually, it would be very interesting if there are mixtures of race in your group of friends where you can learn loads of new stuffs about everyone else and not just the same thing all over again. Some of the students prefer to be indoors while the rest outdoors. And as for food, i prefer to go out of the campus as there are more choices. But i admit that food in campus are a whole lot cheaper than outside. But still, you surely want something that is worth the money. But here in campus, the activities or things you want to do is limited because you can't go out at any time after midnight. but for me it's safer to be like this so that we can save our money, time and energy and have more concentration in our studies. But then again, a more balanced lifestyle is always the best. So i believe in chilling out with my friends every now and then and having fun while i still can. But make sure to choose the right click of friends because you don't want to hang around with the wrong ones and get diverted.
